Bancassurance opportunities throughout the UK for trainee applicants fitting the following criteria:-
- FPC 1 minimum.
- A well thought out and genuine reason to join the Financial Services sector.
- No more than 3 employers in the last 5 years.
- Minimum of 3 years out of the last 5 in a sales role, with measurable targets or face to face customer/client advisory role with an element of problem solving.
- Minimum income at last position of £18,000.
- Minimum of 18 months employment since leaving school/university.
Purpose and key responsibilities as below:-
- Recruitment and retention of new and existing Customers.
- To develop and maintain a high profile for regulated products within the cluster/outlet environment and local community.
- Interview customers to establish Regulated Sales requirements, i.e. Financial Planning, Pensions, Investment, Life Cover, Critical Illness etc. (i.e. any regulated product).
- Ensure the full completion of a 'Fact Find' to determine the customer/clients needs etc.
- Promote associated cross sales.
- Advise customers of sanctioning decision. For declined applications discuss alternatives and instigate appeals process if necessary.
- Provide coaching support to colleagues in lead identification and generation.
- Following customer interview check applications to ensure criteria have been met.
- Deal with any regulated product related customer queries or complaints received at the branch.
- Achieve Regulatory and operational risk and rigour excellence in all aspects of procedures/processes undertaken.
